Why should I have a Boots Health Check?

Having a health assessment can help you to understand how healthy you are and identify areas that might need improving. We’ve teamed up with Boots to give you 50% off the standard retail price of their Health Check at participating stores.

It aims to assess your lifestyle and can identify certain health risks such as high blood pressure or cholesterol which could be putting you in danger. You’ll also get advice and guidance on how to improve and maintain a healthier lifestyle.

Earning Vitality points

We feel it’s important to keep track of certain key health numbers such as blood pressure, glucose and your Body Mass Index. We therefore award Vitality points based when you take these “clinical indicators” within the health assessments you choose to take.

You’ll get 60 Vitality points for each eligible health number you measure. You could get a further 60 points per test result that falls into normal healthy standards, which we call the ‘green zone’.

You can only earn points for taking each clinical test or for achieving the ‘green zone’ once each scheme year.
